This is a message from the newly inaugurated CEO of IPS Group, Tokuyama. He will do his best effort for the purpose of dramatic improvement in IPS. At present the world is in the middle of dynamic transition and our group is facing a huge unprecedented paradigm. Under this situation, we have launched a new group management system at the center of IPS group since this July. Stepping into this new challenge is a measure of response to customers’ demands in rapidly and continuously changing circumstances and an outcome of our insight to gather our capacity accumulated up to now. Each member of our group participates in a consistent task with his or her own merits to exert much more powerful skills. In the process of change in systems and strategies, without damaging the most important pivot of “Customer First”, we give priority in the interface of customers and markets and will have no change in our attitudes in our goal of field-oriented IT service. Trust comes to be initially obtained by providing customers with high-quality. Each individual of our group comes to understand between the positions of customers and takes seriously what he or she can do every day promptly and whole-heartedly. I would expect further contribution from all members.
